WHAT Receives Pipe Donation

ENRON Corporation generously donated over 3,800 feet of steel pipe to WHAT last fall.  The pipe was transported from Belen, New Mexico and distributed to several holding facilities across the State.  Some of this pipe has already been employed in an ongoing WHAT project near Garwood, Texas.  The remainder of the pipe will be used in future wetland restoration, creation, and enhancement projects throughout the State.  This donation will allow WHAT to significantly reduce its costs associated with such projects.  A special thanks to ENRON for this donation.
